Mnemoflux — Account Deletion

You can request the permanent deletion of your Mnemoflux account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Mnemoflux app.

2. Go to Profile.

3. Scroll down and select Delete account.

4. Review the information and confirm deletion.

If you can no longer access the app, email us at:

support@mnemoflux.app 

Subject: Mnemoflux Account Deletion Request

Please send your request from the email address associated with your Mnemoflux account. We may need to verify account ownership before processing your request.

What data is deleted?

• Your Mnemoflux account and profile

• Personal decks and flashcards

• Learning progress, review history and statistics

• Uploaded images and associated AI-generated images

• Notification preferences and associated device registrations

• Personal analytics records associated with your account

The public Mnemoflux learning library is not affected.

Some transaction or other records may be retained where required by applicable law. Third-party services may have separate retention obligations.

Important: Deleting your Mnemoflux account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions through Google Play.
